We offer a full-service solution, allowing you to handle your entire order seamlessly without worrying about managing or coordinating the different stages of production.
After printing the individual parts of your project, we can fold them and then bind them in the way you choose: either stitched or glued.
Folding
Our folding machine can handle sheets up to 640 x 1000 mm.
Utilizing various parts of the machine enables us to do:
- parallel folds:
- in six pockets on the first station,
- in four pockets on the second station,
- cross folds,
- fold with creasing,
- fold with the possibility of slitting,
- add perforation.
Stapling
Our stitching line is capable of processing materials in the following formats:
- from 90 x 120 mm,
- to 305 x 349 mm.
They are fed from 8 feeder stations and a cover feeder, then stitched with wire (standard or loop staples), and finally trimmed evenly on three sides using a three-knife trimmer.
Binding with cover
We glue books up to 50 mm thick in formats:
- from 135 x 105 mm,
- to 310 x 320 mm.
The cover is automatically fed and creased with four creases: two spine creases and two opening creases.
Its dimensions should fall within the following range:
- from 135 x 230 mm,
- to 320 x 660 mm.
